Vestellum Holdings LLC, acting through its authorised management, is responsible for the operation and publication of vestellum.com and for the commercial information made available through the store.

3. Ecommerce activity

Vestellum offers products to customers in the United Kingdom. Products are dispatched directly from China by a third-party supplier.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling, GBP. Additional customs duties, import taxes or handling charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Vestellum name, website design, text, graphics and other materials published on vestellum.com are owned by or licensed to Vestellum Holdings LLC.

Content may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

5. Website information

Vestellum takes reasonable steps to keep website information accurate and current. Product availability, descriptions, prices and other content may be corrected or updated.

Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility for contractual information, mandatory consumer disclosures or statutory rights.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vestellum Holdings LLC is not responsible for unrelated content, availability or privacy practices controlled solely by those third parties.

7. Consumer complaints

Customers should first send complaints to help@vestellum.com with their name, order number and a clear description of the issue.

Vestellum will review the complaint and may request information reasonably necessary to investigate it. Nothing in this process limits a UK consumer’s right to seek a remedy through a court, regulator or legally available dispute-resolution procedure.

8. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission’s former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Current European Commission information about consumer redress and dispute-resolution bodies is available through the European Commission consumer redress portal.

Vestellum sells to the United Kingdom and does not represent that it participates in an EU consumer dispute-resolution scheme. Vestellum may agree to use an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution provider where required by law or agreed in writing for a particular dispute.

9. Governing law

The operation of the store and this Legal Notice are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer in the United Kingdom of mandatory consumer protections that apply under UK law. A UK consumer may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
